Embroidered dog patches are the ideal way to customize an outfit, hat or bag with style. Easy attachment can be achieved through ironing them on, or sewing machines can sew them directly on. Creating one is straightforward – all it requires is some embroidery or sewing experience – then cutting fabric into shape using Peel & Stick Fabric Fuse before ironing onto clothing.

Assign yourself the task of selecting fabric to create your patch. Thick fabrics like canvas or muslin work best; neutral colors such as dark blue or black fabrics would work nicely too. For large patches, multiple Fabric Fuse sheets may be needed; you can find these sheets both online and at craft stores.

Once you’ve chosen your design, place it in an embroidery hoop. Be sure that fabric fits tightly within the hoop as this will help complete designs more quickly and easily. If you don’t already own one, plastic circle or rectangle embroidery hoops may work just as well.
